The Coherence

Terms

Last updated September 12, 2026.

Playmaker is operated by COHERENCE-HQ LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean COHERENCE-HQ LLC, and “you” means the person or company using the product.

Playmaker turns what you know about your company into a personalized web page for one sales prospect. These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. They are written to be read rather than skimmed, and the section about credits is the one worth reading twice.

Your account

Anyone can sign up. You confirm your email address, you get one free sheet to try, and from there you either subscribe or you stop. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself. One account is one person; if your whole team needs Playmaker, each person signs up.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be using this for work. It is a business tool and it is not directed at anyone under 16.

What a credit is

One credit makes one sheet. The credit is spent when generation starts, and it is returned automatically if the generation fails, so a run that breaks partway through does not cost you anything. Editing, re-publishing, sending, and tracking a sheet you already made are all free.

What you pay

If you run out mid-month, you can buy a pack of extra sheets on top of your plan: 5 for $39, 10 for $75. Packs are for subscribers. They are not a way to use the product without a plan, and they are not offered to free accounts.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax, which is calculated at checkout based on where you are. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card.

When credits expire, which is the part people get surprised by

Three rules, and all three are enforced in the billing system rather than by hand.

Credits are not money. They are not transferable between accounts, they have no cash value, and we do not buy them back.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end the month you already paid for. You keep your plan, your credits, and everything else until the period runs out.

When that period ends, your remaining credits expire. All of them, including any packs you bought. This is the harshest line on the page and it is here because you are entitled to know it before you subscribe rather than after you cancel.

Sheets you already published stay published. Cancelling does not take down a page you sent to a prospect, break a link that is sitting in somebody’s inbox, or delete your history. What you lose is the ability to make new ones.

Refunds

A generation that fails returns its credit to you automatically. That is the one refund the system performs on its own and it needs no request.

Subscription charges are not prorated. Cancelling mid-month leaves you with the rest of the month rather than a partial refund, which is why cancelling is worth doing the day you decide rather than the day before renewal. Packs are consumed as credits and are not refunded once bought.

If something went wrong and none of that fits, write to us. We would rather hear about it than read about it on a chargeback.

What we put on your sheets

What you can use it for

Playmaker is for selling to businesses. You keep control of what goes in, which means you are responsible for what comes out, so there are a few things it cannot be pointed at.

Every published sheet carries a link a recipient can use to report it. Reports are read. If a sheet breaks these rules we take it down, and if an account keeps doing it we close the account.

Who owns what

Your material stays yours. The documents you upload, the brand you bring, and the sheets Playmaker generates for you are yours to use, edit, and send. You are giving us permission to store and process that material so the product can work, and nothing beyond that. We do not use your documents to train models and we do not show your content to other customers.

Playmaker stays ours. The software, the generator, the templates, and the name are ours, and using the product does not transfer any of it.

What we do not promise

Read the sheet before you send it. Playmaker writes with a language model using the documents you gave it. It is good, it cites what it draws on, and it is not infallible. A generated claim about your own company can be subtly wrong in a way only you would notice, and you are the one whose name is on the page. Check it.

We also do not promise the product is available every minute, that a particular sheet will land a meeting, or that a prospect will open it. It is a tool for making a better document, not a guarantee of an outcome.

To the extent the law allows, the product is provided as it is, and what you can recover from us is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before whatever went wrong.

Suspension

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to abuse the generator, or that has a chargeback open against it. Where it is our call rather than a legal obligation, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects what you pay or what you get, the date at the top changes and we tell you before the change reaches your account. A new rule does not apply backwards to something you already bought, and the 12-month life stamped on a pack you already own does not move.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If we end up in a dispute we cannot settle between us, it is heard in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and both of us agree those courts have jurisdiction over us. Playmaker is operated from Ohio, which is why it is Ohio.
